* AFFILIATE CONTRACT!
This contract is being signed between the company HiGameGold Ltd.
(hereinafter called: HiGameGold.com) and the owner of the Internet site who
entered his/her data in the online entry form for participating in the HiGameGold.com
affiliate program (hereinafter called: affiliate partner). By filling out the online form,
the affiliate partner accepts all of the provisions of this contract in their entirety.
The contract defines the conditions for participating, as well as the rights and obligations
for participants in the affiliate program.
* SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract defines conditions of participation,
principles of work, terms and conditions and rules of
behavior of all participant of HiGameGold.com affiliate
program (further in the text: affiliate program).
* PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
All Internet sites containing following contents cannot enter affiliate program: erotic and pornography violence any kind of discrimination (religion, national, racial, sexual...) illegal activities contents that jeopardize intellectual properties and rights HiGameGold.com have a right to refuse the participation in affiliate program to each old or new affiliate partner if there is a doubt that the contents of the site is not appropriate.
It has to be mentioned that the client whose request for entering affiliate program was denied, or the client that has been eliminated from our program, can re-submit the request for entering affiliate program again after changing the contents of the Internet site. If the contents, which was a reason for not entering the program or for elimination from the program, is changed, client can become affiliate partner again.
HiGameGold.com is continuously monitoring the contents of affiliate partners Internet sites, so it can maintain proclaimed standards that are specify by this contract. If HiGameGold.com discovers that affiliate partner didn't make changes of the site in accordance with this contract, the agency has the right to cancel the contract immediately.
If HiGameGold.com finds out that affiliate partner uses Spam methods of advertising (Spam E-mails, Spam advertising on newsgroups...), HiGameGold.com can cancel this contract immediately.
* RELATION BETWEEN CONTRACT PARTIES
Parties of this contract are independent contractors. No regulation in this contract represents any kind of partnership, mutual investment or any kind of agency cooperation. Affiliate partner doesn't have authority to offer or to present HiGameGold.com services that are not defined hereof, or to be exclusive agent of HiGameGold.com agency.
* LIMITATION OF LICENSE
HiGameGold.com gives to affiliate partner a non-exclusive right to advertise all services, more exactly products from HiGameGold.com offer, in the way that is defined in this contract.
HiGameGold.com gives to affiliate partner a non-exclusive right to use HiGameGold.com banner with a text, to help affiliate partner to be easily identified as a member of this program. HiGameGold.com is keeping all the rights related to protected trade mark, company sign, banner, motto, text and other graphic samples together with all other HiGameGold.com intellectual property.
If HiGameGold.com rates that affiliate partner doesn't fulfill conditions to possess HiGameGold.com license any more, license will be took away from him or her. The partner will receive a written note about that.
* IDENTIFICATION OF HiGameGold.com PARTNER
To become recognized as a member of this affiliate program, affiliate partner is committed to put on a visible part of his or her Internet site a graphic logo or a text [in cooperation with HiGameGold.com].
Changes of banner or of text can be made only by [HiGameGold.com]. Therefore affiliate partner cannot make any changes of graphic banner or text.
Accepted banner or texts are also links that are leading, through affiliate URL, to HiGameGold.com pages.
* CONNECTING PARTNER'S SITES
The connection between www.HiGameGold.com and affiliate partner's site is made by affiliate URL. It's very important to use an original format of the affiliate URL. The minimum change of the link can cause its dysfunction. That can affect the income of an affiliate partner, since the affiliate program is not operating in a proper way.

When the affiliate partner is writing about HiGameGold.com site, or when he is publishing news about our new offer or about development of our site, it's best that he use a link on word. The link will redirect every visitor to our site.
HiGameGold.com is responsible for design of graphics signs and banners that are posted on disposal to our affiliate partners.If the affiliate partner can't find a banner that suit the best for his or hers site between offered banners, we would be very pleased if he or she informs us about that. Requested form will be sent in shortest possible period.
Affiliate partner can choose one or more options when he is connecting with www.HiGameGold.com:
link on the whole HiGameGold.com site. Affiliate URL is redirecting traffic on a welcoming HiGameGold.com page. Affiliate partner gets this affiliate URL when he completes an online application form. This is the most common type of the cooperation.
link on only one part of HiGameGold.com site. This affiliate URL redirects traffic only on a one specific topic of HiGameGold.com site.
link on a special offer or on a targeted service on HiGameGold.com site. Affiliate partner is free to choose between many services from HiGameGold.com offer. He or she can choose those that are most interesting for his or hers visitors. Affiliate URL redirects traffic on strictly specified service in our offer.
If affiliate partner wants to receive another above-mentioned affiliate URL, beside the basic affiliate URL that is given when he or she has completed the application form, he or she must inform HiGameGold.com about that. HiGameGold.com will send all requested affiliate URL to the affiliate partner as soon as possible.
* RECORDING THE TRAFFIC AND THE AMOUNT OF COMMISSION
After completing an online application, affiliate partner receives a user name, and then he or she defines a password for accessing the user part of HiGameGold.com site. In user part of the site affiliate partner can access complete insight in the number of redirected visitors, percentage of each generated order, more exactly there it can be saw the index of all incomes and their origin. Affiliate partner can also get insight in present status of his or her account.
Affiliate partner receives a percentage £¨usually 10%£İon each order that has been made by a redirect visitor from affiliate partner's site. Each order generated by a redirect visitor is recorded in the user part of the site. The final account with a complete calculation of the affiliate partner commission depends on total orders that the partner has generated to us.
Redirected visitors that have shown an interest for making a order of some services don't have any influence on a calculation of the commission done. Only guests that have confirm and paid a order are relevant for that calculation.
If the guest cancels a order,ask for a refund or comit charge back,although he has already pay the service, the money will be return to him. That will resolve with cancellation of affiliate partner's commission.
* THE PAYMENT
Payment dynamics towards the Affiliate partner is as follows: HiGameGold.com binds to pay the commission to the Affiliate partner every month (There is no minimal amount for payment and the amount of commission is bigger than an amount of coast of money transfer. ).HiGameGold.com will take care of all the bank charges in connection with transfers.
* ACTIVATION AND CONTRACT DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE COOPERATION
All regulations of this contract become activate after the client complete an online application form with all requested data and confirm the same.
The contract is sign for the period of the one year after completing an online application. If parties don't express the request to break the cooperation in a period of one month before the expiration of the contract, the contract is automatically extended for another year.
All regulations of this contract are ending unconditionally when the parties terminate their cooperation, regardless the reason of the termination. This contract can be break, without any previous explanations, by any of the incorporated party. To make a brake of the contract legitimate, it's necessary to deliver a written termination to another side.
Right after the termination of this cooperation, affiliate partner is obligate to remove from his or her site all links, logos, graphic samples, texts, names or any other HiGameGold.com signs, together with all other material that affiliate partner was able to use after signing the contract.
* CHANGING THE CONTENTS OF PAGES
Information on HiGameGold.com Internet pages is considered to be correct in the moment of entering. Information published on HiGameGold.com Internet pages is always monitored. If there is a reason to believe that there is a gap between presented and real condition, the prompt change of incorrect information will be done. HiGameGold.com has the right to make changes of the contents and of description of our products. It can also change the price list, without any special, previous or later warnings. It's considered that affiliate partner has accepts all changes of contents of the pages when they are published, if he or she doesn't express the opposite.
* CHANGING THE REGULATION OF THIS CONTRACT
HiGameGold.com is keeping the specific and unconditional right to change any regulation of this contract in accordance with its needs and without any previous written or oral notice,therefore affiliate partner must regularly look over HiGameGold.com site. HiGameGold.com can send a written notice about changes, but this contract doesn't commit the agency to do that. Affiliate partner doesn't have any influence on those changes. If he or she doesn't agree with some changes, he or she cannot demand a removal. This is unique contract that is applied to all affiliate partners without any exceptions. Each of the partners must adjust to the new changes or terminate the contract according to regulations of this contract. If the affiliate partner doesn't send written notice about the termination of the contract, within one month after changes has published, it will be consider that he or she has agree with all changes made.
